When will my order be shipped?

All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of ordering.

Do I have to pay a customs fee?

Some international orders outside will be subject to local taxes, duties and customs charges for which the recipient is responsible. Customs fees vary from country-to-country and are unfortunately out of our control. We can't refund you for custom fees. Contact your local postal authority for more information on customs charges in your country.

How long will it take to get my order and what is the shipping cost?

UK Domestic Shipping Options:

International Shipping Options

Standard International Delivery - £4.99 (5-7 days)

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a tracked shipping option at checkout we will provide a tracking number. You can then track your order's shipping progress.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of the order being placed. Please email us at with your order number as soon as you realise you want to change your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

How do deliveries work in the UAE?

Sometimes due to customs or delivery issues you will be required to contact Emirates Post directly with your tracking number in order to arrange delivery or collection. Unfortunately this is how Emirates Post works and is outside our control. It is best for you, the customer to contact Emirates Post to facilitate delivery. We cannot contact Emirates Post on your behalf as we are not the receiver of goods.

Do you deliver to Qatar?

Yes, no problem but you need to input a PO Box as your delivery address in order to ensure delivery. Normal postal addresses will be rejected and likely that your order will not be delivered.

I have made a mistake with my delivery address? Can I get a replacement?

Sure, no problem. We can provide a free replacement but if there is a shipping cost, we kindly ask that you cover that then re-order a replacement with your correct address.

We do not issue refunds in the event of a failed delivery for an incorrect delivery address.

I have ordered the wrong product? Can I get a replacement?

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a product or get a refund?

If you are not happy with your purchase please don't hesitate to contact us on

Note all products that are being returned for a refund must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the parcel at your address. Upon receipt of the products at our warehouse we will refund the value of your original goods. All products must be un-opened, unused and in re-saleable condition.

Mask are currently non-returnable items due to the current Covid-19 regulations and care for our employees.

What happens if my order gets lost in the post?

Unfortunately now and again orders do go missing in the post. We will honour a refund but we have to wait until a number of days have passed with no delivery. For UK orders this time period is 14 working days and for international it is 21 working days. This is in line with our courier and postage partner The Royal Mail.


What are the Nood cases mades of?

Our thin smartphone cases are made of polypropylene, a super durable plastic that adds extra grip.

Do the Nood cases offer protection?

The Nood cases are designed to preserve the aesthetic of the smart phone. They are very thin and serve to protect against bumps, scratches, dust and dirt. They will offer an additional layer of protection for minor drops.

Do the cases work with wireless charging?

Yes 100%. We have tested and use the cases with wireless charging on our own phones.

Original Nood Case vs Nood Case 2.0 - What’s The Difference?

The original Nood case is a great phone case but it is very thin and minimal. It was clear from customer feedback that some people preferred a more robust case. Nood 2.0 is our new case option which is still thin and minimal but much more durable. It offers better protection yet doesn’t compromise on preserving the aesthetic style of the iPhone. 

Additionally, we have upgraded our packaging to deliver a wow factor unboxing experience. We are now sending Noods in style.
